The farm offers apple and grape cultivation focusing on the production of cider, apple brandy, aquavit, single malt, and sparkling wine using the Champagne method.
The farm has 191 acres of cultivated land in Lier and uses apple varieties such as Aroma, Discovery, and Gravenstein. They also press apples from local enthusiasts, lightly pasteurize, and bottle without additives. Guests can arrange for custom label printing.
The vineyard has Norway's oldest vines and approximately 21,000 grape plants.
