The farm offers fresh farm milk from a self-service milk dispenser open daily from 08:00 to 20:00.
Visitors can also experience farm animals such as cows, calves, lambs, piglets, and more, especially in the summer months. The farm hosts "open days" where visitors can learn more about farm life and the animals. There is also a grill cabin, "Trollhaugen," and a natural climbing jungle in the "Adventure Forest" for both young and old.
Kilnes Farm offers various handicraft products, including wooden items and linen bouquets, as well as bunad sewing for Trønder and Nord-Trønder bunads.
