Nylende Gard offers tender beef and roast from Hereford cattle, juicy pork ribs, and lamb and mutton for traditional Norwegian stew.
The products are mainly sold in 10 kg boxes. The farm also offers lamb and sheep skins. Delivery of cattle occurs in June and September/October, while pork and lamb/mutton are ready in October and September/October.
