Brokkestøylen Rysstad

Brokkestøylen offers accommodation in luxurious nature pods made from recycled materials, serving local, farm-to-table gourmet meals from its own kitchen garden and surrounding area.

The menu features game meat such as reindeer, elk, deer, and roe, as well as mountain trout. The farm hosts seasonal gourmet dinners and mainly caters to pre-booked groups and retreats. Guests can choose between two dining venues: Støylen with a tasting menu and Glasshuset with local tapas.

It is important to book accommodation and meals in advance, as the concept is designed for adults over 18, and pets are not allowed.
