The farm offers daily cider tastings throughout the summer season, except Sundays, with a lunch platter or snacks paired with the ciders.
They also serve à la carte lunch with a selection of about 30 different fruit drinks, both with and without alcohol. The "Cider Makers dinner" is a unique dining experience where food and cider are combined, inspired by Mediterranean cuisine. The farm shop offers all Balholm drinks and chocolate made on-site with fruit and berry flavors.
Ciderhuset is Norway's only cider restaurant, and guests can learn about apple history and cider production.
