Hallingdal Lokalmatsenter is an EFTA-approved cutting and processing facility offering meat products from cattle, sheep, pork, game, and goat.

They produce burgers, sausages, tapas balls, and various dishes upon request, and also provide event venues with a menu for groups. The meat can be traced back to the producer, and courses in meat cutting and sausage and deli production are offered. Opening hours are usually 8-16, but may vary throughout the year.

Most cuts are sold, and the trimmings are used as dog food.
