On Kalvøy near Stavanger, the Middelthon family runs a farm with cattle, greenhouses, a venue, and a small ice cream factory.
Kalvøy Maritime Park offers team building, meeting rooms, dinner, and dessert for groups by reservation. Øy-isen, made with local ingredients, is available in single-serving cups and can be ordered by phone. The ice cream is also sold at various outlets on the mainland.
