Solhus Gård offers a self-service farm shop open every day from 07:00 to 22:00, where you can purchase locally produced food potatoes, grains, vegetables, meat, fish, eggs, cheese, milk, juice, jelly, baked goods, and candy.
The products are largely produced in Orkland by small niche producers focusing on local food. The farm also sells potatoes to local grocery stores, restaurants, and large kitchens, as well as to the industry. Visitors can come whenever it suits them for a pleasant shopping experience.
It is important to note that no potatoes go to waste, as off-grades are used for starch production.
